    2 weird issues

Hi all I have a couple weird issues with a new computer. Its a dell with win 7 pro 64 I cloned the hdd to a ssd and then formatted the original drive for storage. The computer connects to a work domain.

My first problem is with internet explorer 11. I have tried to tell the user to use a different browser but they must have IE. When a user selects open in new tab a new tab is opened and is blank nothing ever loads in it. Most of the time it has the same web address as the previous page but sometimes it is about:blank. If a user selects open in new window nothing happens. I have done a good bit of research on the issue but none of the suggestions have worked for me. This is what I have done so far....

    -Ran Fixit
    -Ran System file checker
    -Ran with addons disabled
    -tried in safe mode
    -uninstalled and reinstalled
-tried versions 9 and 10 same thing
-Uninstalled Trend Micro rebooted and same issue
    -reset all factory settings
    -have run all updates
    -tried in Enhanced Protection Mode

    Second problem
User has outlook for their email. This was a fresh install of outlook 2013. Every time the user logs off their username in windows the credentials get wiped. So every time the user opens outlook they are prompted for more credentials. This is what I have done so far

-Erased all credentials restarted put in the correct one and clicked remember
-Erased mail profiles and started fresh
-Erased accounts and added manually and automatically
-Used mail host profile helper download to auto create a profile

Any help on these issues would be greatly appreciated

hi for the first one have you tried going to internet options and click on the tab settings then half way down a box to choose when a new tab is opened?
