    Startup Commands and the Brousers

I probably somehow loaded something into my Windows 7 system

which keeps changing the Home page of my brousers (Internet

Explorer and Mozilla Foxfire). The first window for each

brouser is always "Safe Finder Powered by YAHOO! Search." When

I go into the brouser Options, I change the Home page, and when

I exit the brouser and then go back into it again during the same

session, my chosen Home page does show up. However, when I log

off of the computer and then boot it back up, "Safe Finder

[etc.]" always shows up again as the Home page of the brousers.

How do I get into the Startup Commands menu of Windows 7 and

eliminate the YAHOO! command that alters my chosen Home page?

Look in Manage Add Ons in the browser, remove the search provider, it could also be a toolbar that puts it back in...
