    Okay I get it now. You can't open word document. I am attaching jpeg files. Does this work?

    I did uncheck all of them when i did clean boot but still did not help

    Hi thanks it didn't take long for you to re-install avg did it :/
    Open ie,
    Use Gear symbol on the top right and Manage add-ons,
    On the bottom left column switch to Show All add-ons,
    Then go to the Toolbars and extensions section and take more screen shots please,

    Hi,
    Well your flash object is a mile out of date the new version is actually 16.0.0.235
    So please uninstall it
    Uninstall Java as well,
    Reset ie again after,
    Cheers.

    okay, i have uninstalled flash, java and reset IE. I am testing now to see if IE is working. Will let you know tomorrow.
