Thanks to all.
I have removed spybot.
Why would I want to go back to W7??Wouldn't you prefer to have Win7 on there? We can help you DownUPgrade Windows 8 to Windows 7 and enjoy a perfect install of the best OS ever.

Because Windows 7 is the most wildly popular and successful OS in history, while Windows 8 is one of the greatest consumer flops - which almost killed off the desktop for which MS had raised a billion customers over 20 years time.
I'd install WIndows 10 Technical Preview before I'd use Windows 8. It's already stable enough that I use it as my primary OS for two months now without going back to Windows 8: Clean Install Windows 10 Technical Preview -
If you are so content with Windows 8 why are you hanging out at Seven Forums? Because it is the top tech forum in web history? There's a reason for that, for which it is named.
I wouldn't say nobody. Yes, there is a forum that has recommended in the past, that how I found out about it when using windows xp/98se. I use 1.6.2.0 for windows 7 but I don't like the Spybot 2 version, it takes away a lot of the free stuff that was provided with 1.6.2.0. As long as they update the definitions, I will keep using it. I also use Microsoft Security essentials.
I didn't say he wasn't welcome here and in fact I linked him to the tutorial to Clean Install - Windows 8 and tried to help him as surely as if he had 7 which I do whenever possible. But you overlook that trying to portray me in a bad light then give the same advice I've already given twice.
I was asking the question because I am seeing increasing threads here seeking Windows 8 help and honestly wonder why users are turning here for 8 issues.
Ideally he'd be able to get more specialized help at Eight Forums since he has Windows 8. It is certainly worth a try.

Well I must thank You all for the help you have passed on,
I'm not technical enough on pc'S to take that challenge on,Thanks anywayFlogit, have you tried a clean install of Windows 8 to try and solve your issues?
Greg thanks for the info you gave.I must ask have you ever made a mistake,I did and I'm sorry that I choose the wrong forum.I will be more careful next time.
Many Thanks to all here. And A Very Merry Xmas to you all.
Flogit you are welcome here any time. I was just asking if you'd also asked at Eight Forums, and encouraging you to consider Windows 7 so we could help you do a perfect install as we've done with tens of thousands of others. But we can continue to try to help you with Windows 8 as best we can.
Try running a full scan with Malwarebytes followed by SUPERAntiSpyware.
Clear all browser Add-On's (also called Extensions in Chrome Options).
Uninstall anything you don't need and want in Control Panel>Programs.
Then run SFC /SCANNOW Command to check over System files integrity.
If after rebooting that doesn't help then Windows 8 also offers its own version of Repair Install shown here how to Refresh Windows 8.
If that doesn't help Windows 8 can also reinstall itself using Reset Windows 8
If necessary I can also help you with a Clean Install - Windows 8 so that you get the same perfect reinstall that we help to achieve right here for Windows 7. The installation media is available at Create installation media for Windows 8.1 - Windows Help
You'd follow the same basic steps as given in Clean Reinstall Windows 7 to prepare, back everything up without missing anything, delete all partitions during the booted install.
Or if you want to try asking at Eight Forums they might be able to help you with your problem, but it seems to be the type of massive corruption which is best remedied by a Refresh, Reset or full Clean Reinstall.
