IE11 would not go into fullscreen.

After playing a game on DOSBox, I got onto Internet Explorer (version 11) and somehow, hitting F11 wouldn't go into full screen. I went to tools icon (the gear on the upper right hand corner), file, and clicked full screen and still wouldn't worked. I don't what I pressed whether it was before, during, or after playing on DOSBox but did something to it. Anyone has ideas on what happened that caused it and how to fix it? Thanks!

First thing I'd do is reboot, see if DOSBox is holding something in memory, give things a clean start.

I've tried many different players (divx, VLC, GOM Player, Media Player Classic, etc), but for every player, when ever I view a video in full screen, the video lags.
