I've never gotten that for anything. I saved the setup, and ran it, installed just fine like it always does.

I never get any such pop up either. Its a clean install which I did an hour ago. I dont understand what's causing this. I have installed apps like 7-zip, office 07 and safari without any issues.

You downloaded it from the top right side where it says Download Now? Saved the setup, unblocked it, and ran?

I had the same popup as you on my last system.

Unfortunately i didn't try to solve it because i reinstalled the system afterward.

Try to redownload the setup and check in the Permissions tab in file properties.

As I said, I did a clean install. So I forgot to activate it. After activation, everything is working fine.

Odd, why would activation of Windows effect Firefox? :S
