Windows 7: windows live mail wont start

for some reason it was working now it wont start up. reistalled 3 time same error.

it says it was unable to locate its message database,click ok to reload the database. then i click ok then
it says i am out of memory or disk full error code 0x8000fff,1400

Take a look in your programs and features in control panel. Select Windows live essentials and it should tell you the version, the latest is 14.0.8089.0726. Also have a look at the support link.
