Internet Security Issue (Microsoft: Outlook online)

    Hi all,

I know this is the general discussion, but I cant find my specific problem anywhere else. So, let me spit this out, I have been having a lot of hi-jack issues over the last few months. My lap top is secure an nothing is going to get in, however it is when I log in on to the www, that's where the problem starts.

A good example is that yesterday Microsoft hacked my outlook account, now why would they do that, these are people you trust. I changed my password based on their suggestion, then I could not get in again.

Long story short I managed to change the password (A very complex one) I am getting very good at this lol, but the issue is that I have justifiable proof that its from Redmond. I have their IP.

This evening, i logged into outlook, and the sight said its the wrong password. I use lastpass. so instead of going through the link, I copied the PW and got into the site. Go figure.

I want to report this, but they dont have a complaints department or telephone number. Anything close to what you require... their answer is to change the password. I give up.

    Can someone assist?

Its been a couple of days now with lots of views, but no comments.

Ah well, so much for that. I would have thought someone from Microsoft would have had a peep.

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Microsoft does not review or monitor SevenForums,
You might if not already look at this site where they do,
    Outlook.com - Microsoft Community
Personally it sounds like you may have hardened your firewall... too much or LastPass is acting oddly ?
    Cheers.

I doubt that Microsoft is not monitoring this forum. The reason being is that if they did not, they would have knocked themselves out of the market.
I have been to the community for Outlook. com, they also mum on who to contact. It looks like I will have to Phone them in Redmond.

But hey! tx for the response, at least I dont feel so alienated, and a Happy New Year to you too.

    Hi,
Microsoft is not interested in win-7 anymore
The only interest in win-7 is getting users of 7 to upgrade to 10 :)

I'm not sure why no one posted but don't take it personally please with the new version of 10 that was just released we've been a bit distracted testing it
    Windows 10 Forums
    Cheers.
