I've used this in the past when nothing else worked.

I tried this, it removed other problems but didn't get all of chrome out.

There is a current thread in the audio section of a user that used IObit and hosed up his PC.

I tried Chrome but it caused some problems in my recording studio PC and removed it. I used Revo Uninstaller Pro. But, after removing Chrome the Google updater was still running and caused DPC Latency problems (dropouts and clicks in audio). I had to manually edit the registry to get the multitude of Google updater entries removed.

I only use Iobit's portion of removing programs and not fooling with the Registry portion, and have never had a problem.
