Like I said before Windows defender is what you show as a Antivirus program and it is not one,
In win-7 you need MSE Microsoft Security Essentials,
Use Both of the Links in AddRam's post and download Both of them,
    Scan with Both of them.
    Cheers
    Hey!
downloaded and scanned with both. But, I'm still dealing with the same problems. Both scans came up clean.

Is there any other suggestions that might help me figure out what's causing my browsers and internet signal from crashing/freezing?

As far as I can tell you need to uninstall a few items and add some screen shots of you uninstall a program list,

    Uninstall,
    Chrome
    Java
    Google toolbar
    Gameappservice
Submit screen shots of you Uninstall a program list = Without the on screen keyboard in the images.

    Ok.
    So do I uninstall Chrome,
    Java,
    Google toolbar and,
Gameappservice first, and then take screen shots of the programs on the uninstall list without the on screen keyboard in the images?
Or, do I take the screen shots of uninstallable programs first and then uninstall Chrome,
    Java,
    Google toolbar and,
Gameappservice without the on screen keyboard in the images? Just checking Thanks, by the way.
*Also, I did not notice anything on the list of programs called 'gameappsservice'. Java is not installed in my computer either. And I only see google toolbar for internet explorer. So do I uninstall google toolbar for internet explorer then?
    Thanks

    UPDATE!!!!
It looks like my internet connection problem's fixed! The built in eMachines updater software installed a fix patch for the 'Atheros Wlan driver'. Not sure what the update did. But, at least the internet connection is working good now!
I still have the shockwave/ browser freezing problem, despite several attempts to solve the problem.

Thanks, for all the help from everyone so far!

    Ok Trashzone DRI guy,
I'm going to take screen shots of the uninstall list, and then again after the programs you mentioned to uninstall are gone.without the on screen keyboard in the image. Hope to have this done by 8 pm mountain time
