What does this "script error" message mean - pic attached

Occasionally, my laptop gets this error message. (see attached pic). What does it mean. How do I prevent it? The laptop uses the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, and has Win 7 HP 64.

It's a browser message, that a specific script on a specific web site is not working. Most likely it's a problem with that script in general and not something on your end. Or do you mean the message appears even without you having a browser open?

Scripts of this kind belong to web sites, but when you visit web sites the scripts run locally in your browser. In this case one script seem to have stuck/hung.
