Windows 7 32 bit IE-11 Page cannot be displayed error

Hi All,
Okay so I have windows 7 32 bit with IE-11 and get the "Page cannot be displayed" error. This error only occurs with IE-11 and does not happen with Google Chrome. For example if I go to Go Solar California and the bottom right hand corner is a "CSI Consumer Warning link" that takes you to another page with a PDF file to view. In Chrome it will display without any problems. In IE-11 I get the "page cannot be displayed" error message. I do not have any add-ons enabled, have reset IE-11. Any ideas? Yes I did look through the other post for Windows 7 64 bit.

Thanks, Ed

Hi,
To be able to view a .pdf you will need a .pdf reader add-on installed and enabled.

Thank you ThrashZone and somehow I am not communicating the problem. I do have all the Adobe software necessary and it is all the professional versions. The problem is any instruction manual link will show up as a "cannot be displayed" error.

I just click on the triangle and it wanted to download a .pdf
I'm personally using ie10 the last stable version which you can roll back to ie10 and see if it works properly ?
Just uninstall the ie11 windows update,
Cheers.
