    Hi,
I'm not sure what your asking rick text editing how so :/
You can ask here as well where Microsoft actually lurks,
    Internet Explorer - Microsoft Community
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com...tprocurrentver

Or leave feedback if you get nothing you can use,
    https://connect.microsoft.com/IE
    Cheers.

its more when you copy and paste into a forum and Ie 11 wont allow it because it doesn't
    support WYSIWYG editor ..

I just did a web search for IE 11 WYSIWYG editor and it seems others have reported this issue.
You can search for that and work through what you find to see if anyone has found an acceptable workaround.

Maybe try a different browser ???

    Hi,
Okay I'd use the feedback/ connect link I posted to report the issue,
Can you paste into notepad ?
I personally haven't seen any issue with ie10 as you say the issue extends too :/
If anything ie11 might prompt for permission to access the windows clipboard if the site if funky

But I've never seen an issue with this site in either version but I have abandoned ie11 completely for other reasons.

If you choose to Uninstall ie9-10-11 see this,
Internet Explorer 10 - Install or Uninstall in Windows 7

See a video here Uninstall three versions of ie in about three minutes,

    Internet Explorer 9 - Uninstall

    Windows Update Settings - Change

Windows Update - Hide or Restore Hidden Updates
