    no new folders in outlook 2003 win7


    Outlook will not create new folders in left pane in normal boot.
    Booting in Safe Mode will allow outlook to create new folders.
    Suggestions ?

    I still use Outlook 2003. Have you tried Detect and Repair? (Its under Help).
