I tried with both IE and Chrome, neither would connect. The problem is at their end.

According to archive.org, that webpage has returned with 404 for several years now. I doubt that it is meant to serve up an entire web page. Searching Google for site:www.googleadservices.com returns no web pages. It is probably just an ad server. It probably does not serve up entire pages.

Years ago, www googleadservices com redirected to google com (again, per archive.org).

However, googleadservices com will redirect you to google com

And there are pages on googleadservices com
googleadservices.com/intl/en/ads/
googleadservices.com/services/
googleadservices.com/intl/en/about/
