    Drag TO Outlook as attachement

I swear I tried a search and couldn't find anything. Just upgraded from XP to 7, running Outlook 2003 with all the service packs and upgrades. I can no longer drag files from my explorer to an email and have it attach. In XP I did this on an hourly basis for work and now I have to go thru the menu to attach files which takes much longer. What am I missing?

Not being familiar with outlook, is there a way to run it in Vista mode?

I got this figured out. When I originally did my clean install of 7 from XP I was getting a pop-up window User Agreement every time I started an Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). I read some forums that suggested I run those programs as administrator so I did and that eliminated that pop up. I went back and told those programs NOT to run as administrator and everything works now. No User Agreement pop-up from Office apps and I can now drag files TO Outlook as an attachment or simply double click an office file and have it open in the appopriate program without the "Unable to Send Command..." error. Hope this helps others.

    Thanks-Stretch

Thanks for posting the solution....haven't had the problem, but tested it by running my version as administrator and sure enough..no drag and drop, changed it back and all works fine. Thanks again. Now I just have to remember
