Connected to Internet, browsers not working

Windows 7, 64bit and using IE 11 and Firefox. Neither browser works. IE = Page can't be displayed. Firefox = Crash Reporter.
I currently have it im my network. I can ping websites by name (i.e. google.com) and get responses just fine, I can run Windows updates and it communicates fine. I have run Malwarebytes, MSE, JRT, AdwCleaner, CCleaner and a few others with no findings.

I have run numerous Command Prompt commands as Administrator and nothing fixes the issue. I have multiple other wired devices on my network along with a number of wireless devices attached and no issues with any of them.

    Please advise.

Go here and scroll pretty close to the bottom for Windows 7
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/956196

Two choices: click the FixIt button or read and follow the manual instructions posted below the button.

    For FF go here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb...t-and-get-help
and see the section Check to see if the crash happens in safe mode which is running Firefox with no addons, not Windows safe mode.
