Page freezes when I try to log onto PayPal

Every time I try to log onto PayPal I get a Internet Explorer Security popup and the page freezes. I have to go to Start Task Manager to delete the page.

The screen is completely unresponsive. The only thing I can do when that happens is do a Ctrl>Alt>Delete to start the Task Manager and then end the Task.

1 time only

Try changing your UAC settings to get round it

Action Centre >> Security >> Change UAC settings (top left) to Never .

RESET after checking.

Thanks Roy.

That seems to have taken care of the problem. The problem was fixed with the "never" setting. Since I did not like to have it set to never I tried all the other settings and it now works with any of the settings. Another great learning experience.
