Outlook and IE freeze up after Windows Updates

    Hi,

I installed lots of Windows Updates a few days ago and ever since then, my Outlook constantly freezes up and my Internet Explorer freezes up (it doesnt even load the homepage). I dont know for sure if its the updates that caused the issues, but the issues definitely appeared shortly after they were installed. Does anyone know of any specific updates that may cause such issues? Any help/assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

    Hi,
    Thanks that's interesting
How are you connecting office outlook do you have a personal server or are you running it through a M$ server ?

I'd try the repair account option in office or even repair in programs and features.

ie i'll guess 11 well that one I would uninstall/ roll back to ie10 and hope things might clear up.

    If still no joy
    Use Clean boot,
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Click Start and type in the search box,
    msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
    Repeat the screen shots,
See the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here,
    Cheers.
