re: a problem with the from line in dreammail

All the emails from FaceBook should have FaceBook in the from line in Dreammail. Not so. "ALL" the FaceBook emails have the name Nat S (the rest of the last name in the from lines is blacked out). See the attached picture. I know there is a way to change it. I did it before when I had to reinstall Dreammail. I can't seem to find my notes that I typed out as to how to do the reset. Does anyone know how to do it?

You may want to reconsider your use of DreamMail (DM); Are you aware that the last stable version (Outside of China) is: v4.6.9.2, and that it was released in 2012-02-20. A little over a year and a half later on 2013-08-23 there was an exploit found.

The official Chinese Webpage: DreamMail???? is up to v5.16.1001.1018 as of 2016-01-18, but I don't know if it's translatable, maybe you can switch languages in the options section, but then, how would you tell what you're clicking on gets you to the right option?

But if you insist, I looked around and found this forum thread: http://DreamMail | www.portablefreeware.com that has a lot of DM links and may have one to help jog your memory. You can stop reading after Midas's third post as the fourth post is from a spammer and the last three rebuke the spammer.

As an afterthought; DM uses Internet Explorer (IE) to render the HTML pages and your older DM version may be having problems with your newer IE version. Check the second quote in this post about using IE: The Portable Freeware Collection ? View topic - DreamMail

This hints at the problems you were having importing/exporting back in December: https://www.donationcoder.com/forum/index.php?topic=23325.0 My apologies for that orphaned thread.
