Cant tell from your specs,
Do you have/use touchscreen input, or a tablet connection (ink correction).
If you dont would you scroll down to other and delete it.

Well, it did the same thing. Not sure what the deal is...is there a place I can get say IE9 and see if I can step by step upgrade? Just an idea...here are my results

font cache

The screenshots point to an error in the font cache.

Please Disaable It from Admintools >> services >> fontcahe.

Try the standalone installer see if it works
