Unable to delete IE temp internet files "sanders_"

Hello
I am unable to delete 3 files in IE temp internet folder. They are called - sanders_120x48_1444230404 & sanders_635x250_1444230404 & 970x250xc6kz776e. Properties of these all are JPEG image . Please help!

Lookin back over your last posts regarding IE Which one are you using, If its not IE11 then i suspect you are correct about it being malware.

1st stop download Malwarebytes free, uncheck the trial options, before you do the scan goto settings and tick the rootkit option.

Hello Roy

Thank you for your advice on this . I unchecked enable free trial premium/At detection and Protection tab ticked scan for rootkits/selected custom scan configuration and ticked scan for rootkits/no threats identified.

*edit- I am no longer using IE I am using google chrome. But some odd things are seen in control panel, internet options/temp internet files there is sometimes files there besides the above (3) and, when i delete "Browsing History" - temp files,history,cookies,saved passwords,and web form information, it shows progress that it is deleting something although I don't use IE.
