Sending a mp3 or wav in Webmail

I am familiar with sending a mp3 in an email. Is it possible to send one in Webmail?

Webmail IS email! There is no fundamental difference between both. Think that the webmail interface is just an alternative email client.

That said, it's just like sending an attachment, its name doesn't matters at all. What's important is file size, email often doesn't supports sending large files and specially the uncompressed wav files become big enough to be rejected by some email servers.

Are you have any concrete problems in sending a file?

It would also help to Zip the file then send.

    Zip won't compress an mp3 - it's already compressed.

I use DropBox to send large files. You upload the file to DB and email the link to your buddy. Dropbox gives you 2GB free storage -

there's plenty of other, similar services.
