ya, it's really slow ... i will stick with ie11.
thx for response.
Honestly, Tor is like a placebo, I woudn't reccomend using it.
If you want a good alternative, Try Download Firefox — Free Web Browser — Mozilla or Chrome ( you can use this last portable in case you dont like google's extra services from PortableApps.com - Portable software for USB, portable, and cloud drives )
They're two completely separate things, Tor doesn't replaces or even competes with IE at all.
Tor is a network service that attempts to provide anonymous communication over internet using a distributed network of relays, basically to increase privacy. On the other hand, IE is just a browser, a program designed to provide web access.
Now, Tor typically bundles a browser too, the "Tor Browser". There is nothing special in it, it's just a modded Firefox with default settings optimized for privacy. The important thing to note is that there are two separate things, the Tor network and Tor browser.
Any browser can be configured to tunnel its traffic though Tor (even IE), and Tor itself can also be used for things other than browsers.
So, Tor itself cannot be replaced, or replace IE, at all, because it fulfills a completely different function.
Tow browser is a direct competitor to IE, but is rarely seen outside the Tor network.
But mostly, there is often no need to use the privacy features of Tor all times, save for a few sites if you're really concerned or are suffering ISP or regional blocks.
Why? What's bad with it?
Anonymit; I don't think so.
One would have to believe that governments around the world didn't have the ability to trace such things if they wanted to.
