    Result: Link on the reason
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/...nstalling-ie11

    Read it.

    Hi,
lol it doesn't matter what google comes up for me on a search I asked how you uninstalled internet explorer and which version was uninstalled

That link suggests how to reset and run in no add-ons mode not how to uninstall.

Can you post the results of the SURT scan you mentioned.
Its part of the CBSlog, (it has its own secton) copy/paste it please.
What is your system showing IE??

Right lets do some tidying-up work,
follow the commands in screenshot please,
Post the results (note it might fail no big deal)

Now please run the fix from this link.
