    i am not getting emails about my yahoo reminders

    i check the email address option its set right

    Apparently, Yahoo has made some changes to Reminders. For example, they no longer provide text messaging to mobile devices. Only thing I can suggest is to disable your current settings, log out of Yahoo if you're always logged in, and then log back in and re-enable your Reminder settings.

Birthdays/Appointments reminders

One of the disappointing things with windows 7 was that there did not seem to be a programme that was free and would give reminders of birthdays, appointments, tasks etc. :cry: I have at last solved this problem and it was so easy....all I had to do was install a previous microsoft works program...
I used Outlook 2000 on my last XP computer but Outlook 2000 does not work on Windows 7. While I've found a number of email clients that do the email job credibly, I can't find an email client program with a calendar that has reminders like Outlook. That is, I want something to pop up on my screen...
