    IE 8 Colors

just a question of curiosity - not a function / malfunction question.

what determines the background color of the tabs in IE 8? I have noticed different colors depending on what websites I have opened tabs for.
are these controllable colors? or defined by the visited website?

    Hello nedjinski, welcome to SevenForums.

Actually from what I believe, its determined by how you open the new tab.

Lets say you open a tab and type: Walmart.com: Save money. Live better.

    No color right?

Now if you right click a link on that site, in that tab, and open it in a new tab they both become a color, both the same. So they are color coded in that manner.

Sorry if it doesn't make much sense but its the best way I could explain it.

Not that many, as you can see after enough it just repeats.
