Given the limited options, what is the best, trouble free email client to use when having to transfer files from XP using Outlook and/or Outlook Express?

You'll get various answers, including my choice, Thunderbird.

However, getting your old email over to any new mail application can be a major pain. There are numerous threads in this forum about what you may have to go through. Enjoy.

Yea, I read thru all those.. Looking for the silver bullet. I guess the best approach is to start anew with Win live mail. I will need to use the same email address with new mail going to W7 laptop and old mail staying on XP desktop for ref. Sound right? Comments/Advice. Thank You

MS, I want an email client included in Win 7.
In spite of all the wonderful new features in Windows 7, the decision to exclude an email client has to be the most assenine ever. Because of this, I have gone back to Vista for now. If I wanted a third party email program, I would have done it already. If I wanted to use web based email, I...

Email Client
I was just curious what the email client of choice is with Win7 since it does not come with one. I am leaning toward Thunderbird. I have to have the ability to have two email addresses. From my understanding if you use Windows Live Mail, you must actually go into the Control Panel and change...
