Yup. The comments were basically what PF responded to the public with, at least they sent a canned reply to me in the same vein. They're an organisation which lags behind the times, and their website's been no exception.
If it wasn't for the fact their site checkout is provided by Worldpay I'd argue there'd be absolutely no way the Parcelforce website would function whatsoever LOL!
