Windows 7: No graphics on web pages

I don't know what this is
No graphics on web pages

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 7 I can't open pictures on web pages. In IE I have "show pictures" checked. Anybody know what I need to do?

Windows 7 Professional x64

Try another browser. Chrome and Firefox work well. If it works, and you still want to use IE, perhaps we can work on it some more. If not, we can try other solutions.

It could be your firewall, antivirus, browser, etc. Was it working and stopped or has it always been this way?
