Windows 7: browser and msn messenger

how come when i log in as the Admin my google search will not work and it will not sign me into msn messenger ,also when i put anything into the run window such as msconfig it says windows cannot access the specified device , path or file : you may not ave the appropiate permissions THIS IS DRIVING ME MAD !!!!!!!!!!
but if i log in to user account everything is fine


i guess im not the only 1 that knows nothing about this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make a system image in case of problems. Then make a new administrator account. Close your current account. You should be questioned as to whether you want to transfer your programs etc, say yes. You should be working now. If not working, make a new account, see if it works. If so reinstall one at a time. I bet it works

ok Richard i shall try that , it says to give some REP in the top right hand corner if you helped but what do i click on , i only ever used this 1 time before

it would not let me delete the Admin file as it said i was logged in on it

Just click on the upper portion of your screen that looks like a snow flake. I want to thank you. We all try our best and all here feel great when a poster appreciates our efforts whether successful or not.

Make another account and delete the one in question and then continue with my previous advice. You will be able to delete it by logging out and then going to accounts in control panel.
