Just remembered that I installed flash player because at one point it told me I needed it. After I installed it that's when they would both stop responding when any like of video would play. Could it be the flash player?

Oh, god, I re-installed Adobe Flash Player, but I still can't open you tube website or watch videos. What exactly I should install so that I can watch videos.

I just did a clean install on my computer so there was no flash player. I did all of what you said but it didn't work. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I still can't watch any videos on Fire Fox or Internet Explore.
