    Cannot access Banking sub-site.

Am trying to upgrade to a new computer: Windows 7 Home Premium, ie8, 64-bit, 6 Gig.Ram.
Problem: When on my on-line banking site, click on Bill Pay, I get the message that the page cannot load, return to last page and try again, I my have mispelled...
In short, since using this new system, I cannot get to Bill Pay.
    What I have already tried:
    1)Unblocked pop-ups.
2)Added the site to trusted sites
3)set the trusted sites to "low" security setting.
    4) Started in "no add-ons" mode.

Note: I have this access problems with my old system: Windows Vista Home Premium, 7ie.

What can I try that I have not tied already?

You may be looking at the wrong site for help. Go to your bank's website, go to technical support and look up what browsers they support. Several possibilities exist; does not support 64 bit (since that is what you have) or possbily the browser, itself. It was this last approach that Ken was trying to use.

I believe he mentioned that he is using IE 8 to do this...

    @OP
Download Mozilla Firefox and try again with that browser

Unless he is using 64-bit IE 8 (highly unlikely)...64-bit isn't the issue. IE 8 is the issue as it is the common factor between Win 7 and his older Win Vista where the problem still occured

Good suggestion with the User Agent Switch...I hardly ever used it...

Am I correct in understanding that mode is a sandbox for FF...or is it like Private Browsing from IE?

Have contacted them...they did not know, said that they had never used a Windows 7, ie8 to try access.
Have tried FF, but not Agent Switcher.

That is two of the responders that got my original post wrong. Vista, ie7 does not have the problem.
I also use AOL, but before anyone jumps on that, I have tried ie8 without loading or going to AOL and it still does not work.
I want to continue to use AOL and FF does not work with that, so I do not want to switch to FF.
Is it too much to expect from ie8 to expect a fix for the problem?
    Any more suggestions?

    Whoops! typo- should have said:

Note: I do not have this access problems with my old system: Windows Vista Home Premium, 7ie.

Also noteworthy, at one time I "upgraded" the Vista system from ie7 to ie8 and found that I could not access a "charts" feature on my tdameritrade account. After a couple of months of reading negative comments about ie8 on the forums, I "back-graded" to ie7 again and found that I could access "charts" with the Vista + ie7.

And once again I ask: What can I do to get Windows 7, ie8 to display the Bill Pay feature on my on-line banking site using Windows 7, ie8?
