Odd Firefox 3.5.6 Problem

For the past few weeks, I have been experiencing a weird problem on a single website. It doesn't happen in IE, only Firefox. When I go to the Washington Examiner news site, and scroll a bit down the page, the page will reload and jump to a google search page! The words that I supposedly "searched" for are always the same... "washingtonexaminer com js ga js", but of course I never actually searched for anything... something on the webpage is triggering a weird reaction in my browser.

Could someone running the latest Firefox check that link for me and see if it happens to you too?

I think it is related to the flash video in a blocked ad in the right column... but I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks!

It didn't redirect me, but that may be due to the fact that I am running the NoScript
add-on.

Thanks for checking. NoScript will be clue #1... and it makes sense since both the buggy flash video and the redirect are js functions.

Solution: It was (not surprisingly) an add-on. "Save Tube Video 3.0" , a video capture extension, was causing the trouble. It didn't react well to an embedded video that site had on all of its pages.

Glad to hear the mystery is solved.
