Copy and Paste Issue

I can't seem to use copy or paste when using the right click button. Ctr+C and Ctr+V is working fine but i want to know if there is a way to fix it so I wouldn't have to do that. Any help!

Where can't you use these commands? In a program? Login Page? More information would definitely help!

Some times an answer looks so foolish that its embarasing to ask, but I will. It is possible that the functions are reversed? It can be done from the control panel. What I am suggesting, is try the left to see if it copies.

A very weird copy and paste issue
I have a very strange copy and paste issue. If I select text, press CTRL+C and then go into word (and some other text editors) and press CTRL+V it just pastes a black oval. If I press CTRL+C twice then CRTL+V then it pastes the text. If I press CTRL+V three times its an oval again.

I love Windows 7, and I really like the confirmation prompt that W7 showed me when copying files from one folder to another. HOWEVER, somehow, someway, W7 now copies the files to the destination folder, no prompt, and creates copies of the files instead. GRRRRRR..........! any ideas?
