Auto Refresh IE8

I found a site to auto refresh IE8 but was wondering if there is a way to do it in Windows 7. My searches have been zip so far.

I don't think that's what I need. I should have been more specific. I am setting up a PC for a customer and it will be on a large screen showing flight time at the airport. I need the web site showing the times to refresh every 1 minute. That way the flyers will know how soon to leave for the airport........or have another drink.
I think SiteReloader is what I need. I was hoping to do it within Windows 7. Thanks for the reply.

Opera will do that with no addons needed. Just right click on page, its on the menu.
