Windows 7 - Adobe flash player

This Adobe Flash Player User Account Control popup has become extremely annoying, and I cannot seem to overcome it.
I allowed the computer initially to install Adobe Flash Player. It now regularly displays the User Account Control window popup asking: "Allow changes to yout computer? Adobe Flash Player Installer".
I have 'allowed it', and it still goes on. I have 'denied it' and it still goes on. I have uninstalled Flash Player and the same things happen.
Is this Bloody thing a CURSE, or is the remedy at my finger tips? I cannot open the snip tool to capture the User Account Control popup as snip will not open when popup is dispalyed.

Using a local admin account?

Uninstall Flash Player Plugin And ActiveX:

Download Flash uninstall:
How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control

And now go to:
Adobe.com with the browser you use (It looks like Internet Explorer)
Install Flash Player again.

Check if problem still exist.

Note: while unistalling close all browsers, messengers and programs which may use Flash Player.

Jav: Appears to be working. I used 'end-it-all' to be sure nothing was running in the background. Got the dreaded popup only once (so far) right after I started surfing to proof the fix. Hopefully, that did it. Was totally unaware the bloody program was immune to normal means of removal.

The problem is sometimes when Adobe Flash updates itself it will be unable to delete last version.
So you will end-up with two versions and it will be confusion and trouble.
And normal Unisntall process only uninstalls new version leaving old version.
So The problem will continue to happen even after reinstall.

Personally I would recommend users to download and install:
Download - Personal (PSI) - Vulnerability Scanning - Secunia.com

It's a program which will check if your programs are up-todate.
(you can turn it off from Real-time monitoring)

Actually this was the program with help of what I discovered that I had two instances of Adobe Flash myself :P (one old and one new)

But it's not something like "must have".
It's just program if you are interested on it.
