Windows 7: What does this mean?

Hi guys,

I was just wondering what this icon means.
I've got my internet working as you can see but it says I've got problems with reaching some websites but I don't know which one 'cause I can reach every website that I can think of.

Here's the icon... It's about that blue-circle-thingy...
Edit I've had it before but it vanished the next day without doing anything

That means that your network is in the process of connecting to the Net...

well...... is this what you see normally..??



the blue circle would no doubt indicate its trying to establish a connection to the internet or network.

Oooh, okay! Yeah the above thingy is what I normally see, ghehe! It's now like the icon you gave me, not the one I posted so it's in his normale state at the moment. Thank you!
