3.7a1pre has the 64 bit version. Tried it last night for a few min. Maybe try a little more later.

Doesn't matter if it is or not as it is useless in 64 bit if you want to go anywhere that uses Flash., until such a time as Adobe decides to take their thumbs out and put out a 64 bit version of Flash.
