Internet Explorer deleting bookmarks/history its self?

Ok I have a big problem here. Internet explorer is deleting my History/Favorites on its own. I just noticed it. Is there a bug with IE?

You are probably deleting browsing history in tools. Go to tools internet options. Do not check the box to delete.

But what if I want to keep my favorites and still delete browsing history upon exit?

Click Tools> Delete Browsing history.
New window below.

Check mark what I circled in yellow.

Do NOT check mark what I circled in blue.

The rest is up to you.

This will save your Favorites/Bookmarks.
