    Check drivers in device manager.

And complete computer specs. It will make it easier to diagnose the problem

And go for IE 8. Not just for Youtube , but also security.

What graphics card do you have?

Your computer spec say 500 for Memory. How much memory?

We can give you better help with this information.

We start with the easy things, the we will get to the more difficult.

Remove all add ons from browser. If does not work then try this

Try another browser Maybe FF or Chrome. Its your choice

To remove IE addons Tools ...Manage Add ons.

This is a test and only a test. Lest see if it works. If it does we know what to fix. I like IE also,

Use the drivers guide in my sig and post a screenshot of HWInfo32's summary screen. Search for snip in the start menu.

My computer is doing the same thing. This is an intermentant problem. Some days I have no problem others I can't watch any Youtube content. I have the exact same problem when running Mozilla, but I prefer IE. I have the most current updates and running a 64-bit system on a quadcore with 4 gbs of ram. I problem continues when running a video on a different website hosted by Youtube. Any help would be really appreciated.

    Uninstall Flash, reboot, reinstall Flash.
