window live mail problems

Hi Lorri Welcome to SevenForums!

Are you getting any specific error message when you try to send an e mail?

Is your internet connection working perfectly,other than for sending mail, ie. can you access other Windows Live functions such as "home","profile" etc?

You have to go to the website of your email provider and get the correct settings

for such thing as ports and other settings to use.

Lorri, have you downloaded the Windows Mail client to you PC or are you using the online version of Widows Live Mail?

If the former, ie you downloaded it, if you tell me who your Internet Provider is, I will post the steps you have to take to rectify your problem for you.:)
