Internet Video Buffering
Where do internet videos now buffer to? I used to find it handy to watch a video online then go to my temporary internet file in windows xp and then copy the file out. I have found the temporary internet file in windows 7 but the videos dont seem to be buffering there.
Any help would be much appreciated.

In appdata/local/temp there are files named "fla.XXX.tmp"
I think this is where the temp files are stored. I don't know where they "buffer" the "buffering" goes away when your connection si fast enough to handle the temp file is my understanding.
