ok, so i ran the scan for that program.
    It found one thing
    Vender - Hijack.DisplayProperities
    Category - Registry Data
    Items - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\NoActiveDesktopChanges
    Other- Bad(1) Good(0)
Action Taken - No Action Taken

what do I do with this? and what does it all mean?

As far as getting rid of Norton's....I can't do that right now.... I just spent alot of money on this program and it seems to be working great, so I don't want to mess with that. I was told because I used AVG in the past because it was free it was not that reliable. I am a bit warey for free anti virus programs seeing that is what let viruses in my computer I had before this new one.
I cerntainly hope you understand my uncertainy(sp)....

With the incredimail program. .I have tried that... when I open it, it goes to the full size of the screen but everything is so darn small....just as the web pages where....

You had a problem with the Hijack this. When we are done go to the Security Forum (we have one right here) and give the information about the malware, you will be helped. You notice the hijack mentioned desktop changes, that was the cause of your problem.

One great thing about this forum is that you get many opinions and ideas. You take those ideas and then you decide. If it is your decision to stay with Norton, that is fine with me.

If your email works , I think that you are in good shape. Just go to system security, post and get rid of that hijack thing.
