What does the red-thingy mean?

I wondered what the red thing means...
I can click on it and when I do I enter some website which reminds me of Google?

Can I turn it off? If so, how?

It's linked to Seekarium or something like that... How do I get it out of my system? I was only browsing my explorer...

Never mind, I think it's fixed... I scanned with a Malware scanner and it seems solved so far..

It's just ads that have hyper-linked something related to the highlighted word.
