2 Questions About Google Chrome

Is there anyway to make google chrome not keep browsing history? I know that you can delete it but is there anyway to prevent it from keeping it or clearing it on exit?

Also I have an hp laptop and my mouse on my laptop has the back, forward slide buttons. This is where I can slide my finger to go back or forward on a website. This feature does not work on chrome though. Is there a way to get it to work? Thanks

I also have an HP laptop, when I have the touchpad enabled the scrolling does function in Chrome. Maybe try new drivers?
