    Firefox 3.5.8 and Firefox 3.0.18 Drop Today.


    Mozilla is planning to release two stability and security updates later today. Firefox 3.5.8 and Firefox 3.0.18 are scheduled for availability on February 17th, 2010, according to Mozilla, which made the two refreshes available for testing the past week. When it released the Beta development milestones for Firefox 3.5.8 and Firefox 3.0.18, the company indicated that it was planning to offer the final versions within a week. It now appears that Mozilla managed to live up to its promise.

    Reading the whole article reveals that 3.5.8 and 3.0.18 are stability and reliability updates for 3.5 and 3.0, respectively and that Mozilla plans to continue support for those platforms for now.
