Cant' Send E-mail with Windows Live Mail!!

Ok, I had an issue with WLM before, but it was because my server information was incorrect. I fixed that and it has been working fine ever since. Just yesterday, this new issue started: I can't send emails again! The messages reads:

"The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was 'xxxxxxx@xxxxx.com'

Server Error: 554
Server Response: 554 5.7.1 xxxxx@xxxxx.com: Sender address rejected. Access denied
Server: 'smtp.aol.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC78
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 587

Someone help please! Thank you.

Welcome,

Two things to check

Make sure your settings are still the same

Go to the email website and make sure that they did not change the required settings.

Have there been changes imposed by your ISP. I had a problem sending email a while back. The reason was my ISP blocked a port. I had to send through my ISP, with the return address of my Email.
