Outlook emails and accessing the web

Hello everyone,

I am no rookie, so I am a little shy in posing this question. However, I have a windows 7-64 bit system and I use Outlook 2003 (both are all updated). I have a lot of emails I receive with hotlinks in them to the web, I know they are secure. . When I click them it tells me my system security will not allow it. So, I went into Outlook first and made sure all of the options were enabled. I went into my MSE security and did likewise. But I cannot get the system to let me access the web from my emails?

Frankly, the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security has baffled me. I just want to know what box I have to tick or whatever, so I can do this. Is there a simply method? I tried all the usual spots to find out including Outlook help etc.,

Thank you
James
