Receiving WinLiveMail on Multiple Computers

At home I have two computers connected to a router and sharing a singe cable modem.
One computer is running XP, the other has Windows 7. I have Windows Live Mail set up on both computers, and both are set up with exactly the same accounts.

Using Windows Live Mail, I can send and receive mail from my Hotmail accounts and my Gmail accounts. When mail is sent to any of my hotmail accounts, I can read it on both computers and reply from both computers. However, when mail is sent to one of my Gmail accounts, I can see it only on one computer. I have compared the setup of the gmail (POP3) accounts on both computers. They are identical. Also, "leave message on server" is selected on both computers. If I go directly to gmail, all messages are there.

I would like to know how to receive the same gmail emails on both computers.
